What is supported living

Supported living is used to describe the arrangement whereby someone who already has ,or who wants their own tenancy or own home, also has support from a “Care and Support” provider to help them live as independently and safely as possible. They will receive support and help with any aspects that are required to live an ordinary life as possible.

Residential Care Options for Alzheimer’s and Dementia

The progression of Alzheimer’s Disease, as well as other forms of dementia, requires care for loved ones. Depending on someone’s stage of Alzheimer’s /dementia, and his/her ability to function, the level of required care and supervision varies. For most families, this eventually means some form of residential care. This is where assisted living and nursing homes and other residential care option come into play.

Further we all share the same ethos in providing the best level of care we can which is why we strive for continuous improvement and work with our staff, clients, other professionals and family members to ensure we get their feedback and implement it proactively.
